Dean Oliver, PE
Dean has over 25 years of design and construction experience in the commercial, industrial, education, religious, governmental, and correctional arenas. Prior to OLG he was Special Systems Engineer at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL. Dean has led several projects as G.C. principal with OLG Services, including the renovation and expansion of Franklin Farmers Co-op. He is a licensed mechanical engineer in several states.

Tim Little, PE
Tim has over 25 years of project experience in new construction and renovation. He provides QC on construction management projects for OLG Services, applying his design experience with utilities (water, wastewater, and gas), plumbing, and HVAC systems for religious, governmental, commercial, industrial, institutional, educational, and medical facilities. He is a licensed mechanical engineer in four states.
Tony Gipson, PE
Tony Gipson, PE
With over 25 years of experience in the design and construction fields, Tony provides electrical QC on construction management projects for OLG Services. His project experience includes power distribution systems, lighting, fire alarm systems, lightning protection systems, and communication systems. He also has experience with control systems including PLCs, computer-based systems, and distributed control systems. He is a licensed electrical engineer in several states.

Lonnie Self
Lonnie is Project Manager for OLG Services. He has over 20 years of construction experience includes supervising and inspecting construction projects and performing constructability plan reviews. He has led the construction management of major projects such as the renovation and expansion of Franklin Farmers Co-op.
Frank Boutin
Frank is Safety Administrator for OLG Services. He has 30 years of diverse project experience includes all sizes and types of facilities, from early planning through design, construction, and operation, as well as new construction, renovation, and expansion. As the former Director of Design and Construction for Hospital Corporation of America, the nation’s leading provider of healthcare services and major operator of healthcare facilities, Frank has had complete responsibility for all capital projects at more than 200 hospital campuses with an annual budget of $500 million. At OLG Services, he was responsible for construction oversight and management for the Diageo-George Dickel Distillery in Tullahoma, TN.
