OLG Services served as the general contractor for a 4,200-square-foot addition to an existing church facility. The project expanded the church’s functional and aesthetic capabilities while maintaining harmony with the original structure.
The work began with comprehensive site preparation and foundation installation, followed by wood frame construction that formed the framework for the new spaces. OLG Services managed all aspects of MEP rough-ins, ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were seamlessly integrated into the design and construction.
Inside, the addition featured a new baptistry and auditorium, ADA-compliant men’s and women’s restrooms, a nursery, and two classrooms, all designed for accessibility and comfort. The auditorium showcased stained wood ceilings, adding warmth and character to the worship space.
Exterior improvements included final grading and asphalt paving, as well as the construction of a drive-through canopy that provides convenient and weather-protected access for congregants. From the initial groundwork to the finishing touches, OLG Services delivered a high-quality, functional, and visually cohesive expansion that enhances both the usability and beauty of the church campus.
